Caroline developed her keen interest in medicine through experience gained in both mixed and small animal practice. Finding that she had a passion for cats, Caroline was appointed Fort Dodge Feline Fellow at Bristol, where she expanded her interest in clinical feline medicine, focusing on laboratory diagnosis of infectious diseases. Since then she has been working with cats in both referral and first opinion capacities. She holds the the RCVS Certificate in Small Animal Medicine and was recently appointed as a member of the Australian & New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists after successful examination in the area of feline medicine. Having cared for three golden-oldies for twenty years - her first pets as soon as she qualified - Caroline has developed a special interest in feline geriatric medicine. Currently she is the proud owner of a very naughty-young-tortie "Angel" (who features a lot on our facebook gallery) who is re-introducing Caroline to the joy of owning young cats.
