Stephanie Lee Barnard

Lead Clinical Nurse

Steph relocated from Kent in 2016. She studied Information Design at the University of the Arts, London followed by Biomedical Science at Kings College before pursuing a career in Veterinary Nursing.

Since qualifying she has gained experience in a wide variety of practices including first opinion, referral and large animal practice. She’s had rescue cats all her life and aspired to work in feline only practice.

Steph adopted an FIV positive street cat named Bruce in 2020 and has slowly turned what was a traumatised boy afraid of his own shadow into a belly rub loving, couch potato.

She has been practicing Acupuncture and Electroacupuncture since 2016, focusing on alternative ways to relieve Chronic pain. In March 2017 she completed her ISFM Certificate in Feline Nursing. She studied her certificate in Anaesthesia in 2019 (exams pending) and she has started an ABTC accredited degree in Advance Feline Behaviour. She also manages the practice website.
